It’s World Mental Health Day, an international day to raise the profile of mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
You may recognise Matt Smith as Head of Media & Communications at Morecambe Football Club.
Matt is also a talented musician, and for World Mental Health Day, has recorded a song, ‘Imperfect Day’, a track that tells a story through the eyes of someone who is having to face the world, despite battling mental health problems.
