The first students have moved in to a newly-opened apartment block at the gateway to Lancaster city centre.
A six-storey block on Parliament Street - part of the new complex known as The Sail Works - is now open, following just over two years of work on the site.
Prestige Student Living's website describes the new complex as "thoughtfully designed for students who want both comfort and convenience".
Work is continuing on a second student apartment block on the site also bordered by Bulk Road and Caton Road.
Planning permission was granted by Lancaster City Council in November 2022 for up to 388 student flats.
A former carpet store and warehouse were demolished in 2023 to make way for the scheme.

Opening was due to take place in September but was delayed following a fire at the new build apartments on February 8.
Students who were due to move in, were in temporary accommodation in the meantime.
