A new pizza restaurant in Morecambe has enjoyed a busy opening weekend.
Don Luca Pizza opened its doors for the first time on Saturday.
The restaurant, in the former Sam's Fish Bar on the corner of Nelson Street and Queen Street, is run by Ola Tylicka and Lukasz Szlachetka from Poland.
They have run a pizza van in the local area for the past three years before deciding to open the restaurant.
The new restaurant, which serves wood fired oven pizza, had a busy opening weekend as people flocked to the town in the sunny weather to enjoy the Morecambe Music Festival and the Catch the Wind kite festival.
