Crews tackle fire at house in Lancaster

Crews have been called to a fire at a property in Lancaster.

Two fire engines from Morecambe were called to the domestic building on De Vitre Street in Lancaster at 12.15pm on February 6.

A Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for one hour and forty five minutes."
