A bin wagon and a car have been involved in a road traffic collision in Lancaster city centre.
Police said the incident at round 11.15am on Thursday on Common Garden Street was a damage-only collision and there were no injuries.
Stagecoach temporarily diverted buses away from Common Garden Street and George Street following the incident.
“No one was injured and the damage to the council’s vehicle was superficial," said a spokesperson for Lancaster City Council.
"It was repaired and returned to work.”
