Christmas lights will be switched on in Carnforth with an evening of entertainment for all the family.
The Carnforth Christmas Lights Switch On takes place this Wednesday (December 3) in the War Memorial Gardens from 6pm.
The evening will begin with festive tunes from C&C Entertainments, Santa and the Northern Heights stilt walkers will appear, and then the lights will be switched on by Santa and the Town Mayor at 6.30pm.
The evening will continue with Christmas carols led by Carnforth Choral Society and the Salvation Army, followed by more music from Bob Christie and C&C Entertainments.
The night will round off with a performance from Carnforth's own talented singing sisters, the teenagers Gabriella T and Jasmine T.
There will also be treats and stalls.
