Motorcycle legend John McGuiness finished a creditable sixth when making his 110th start around the iconic Isle of Man TT course.
'The Morecambe Missile' raced in the RST Superbike class on Sunday, finishing behind winner Peter Hickman in a thrilling contest on the island roads.
Davey Todd came second, Dean Harrison third and Michael Dunlop fourth, with McGuinness edged out in a battle for fifth place by James Hillier.
McGuinness, 52, has 23 wins around the TT course since debuting there in 1996, making him third on the all-time list of winners.
This year's TTs run until Saturday June 8, culminating with the six-lap Seniors race, which John has won on seven occasions.
'McPint' is due to compete again in the RL360 Superstock race on Tuesday.
