Digital warning signs have gone up near a busy roundabout in Morecambe advising motorists of a three-week road closure.
The road closure will be on Hall Drive, near the Shrimp Roundabout, for gas works.
This will run from Monday June 16 to Friday July 4.
A temporary traffic regulation order, publicly available at the Lancashire County Council website, states that "no person shall cause any motor vehicle to proceed in a north easterly direction over that length of Hall Drive, Morecambe from its junction with A589 Lancaster Road to its outside property NO.8 Hall Drive, Morecambe".

"Nothing in this order shall apply to persons engaged in the carrying out of the works.
"The prohibition will be operative from 0800 hours on Monday 16th June 2025 until 1700 hours on Friday 4th July 2025 or until completion of the works within this period.
"Pedestrian access to properties will always be maintained.
"An alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the closure is via:- Hall Drive – B5275 Bare Lane – B5321 Lancaster Road – A589 Lancaster Road.
"The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow works to replace 50m gas main with associated services and connection to be carried out by Cadent Gas."
