Two stars of Strictly Come Dancing have taken on some entirely different steps in Lancaster.
Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez visited the Ashton Memorial in Williamson Park as they train in the city for the Saturday night TV dancing competition.
Helen and Gorka have been practicing their dance routines at the Storey Centre in Lancaster.
And earlier this week, TV presenter Helen posted a photo of her professional dance partner on the steps of the iconic Memorial, on her Instagram Story @helenskelton.
Accompanied by the stirring theme tune to the 'Rocky' films, Helen's post hinted that they may have been there for further training on the Memorial steps!
"Day of dancing and apparently we finish with 100 stairs!" she wrote (see image from Helen's Instagram Story below).

They also did some filming in Williamson Park for Saturday night's edition of Strictly.
Former Blue Peter presenter Helen, who is from Cumbria, and Gorka are among the bookies' favourites to win the hit TV show.
They came joint top of the leader board on Saturday night's show with a routine inspired by the famous children's TV programme.
Helen and her Spanish dance partner have been training at the Storey in Lancaster since this year's series of Strictly began last month.
The centre on Meeting House Lane is home to the Laura Sandham School of Dance.
Laura, who runs the school, said Helen and Gorka are "really nice down-to-earth people".
