Police are appealing for information after reports that a teenager was threatened in an alleyway in Heysham.
The appeal was launched after an incident on Heysham Hall Grove on Tuesday at around 7.45pm.
A police spokesperson said: "We believe that a male was threatened by a group of males in an alleyway.
"The victim is described as a white male, aged 15-18 years, wearing dark clothing.
"One of the suspects is described as a white male 15-18 years, wearing dark clothing with a white staffie/boxer type dog which has brown patches.
"If you have witnessed anything in this area or have any information which could assist us then can you either ring '101' and quote incident number LC-20220705-1281 or ring Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111."
