A group of intrepid local adventurers are on a nine-day trek through the heat of South East Asia to raise money for a Lancaster hospice.
More than £120,000 has been raised to date via the St John's Hospice Cambodia Trek's fundraising page.
The group of 31 are trekking across the hills, valleys and dense forests of Cambodia while visiting its many temples and ruins.
Cambodia is a Southeast Asian country renowned for its welcoming people, rich history and beautiful landscapes, bordered by Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.
Starting at the capital of Siem Reap, the trekkers headed out across Cambodia, aiming to visit locations including Beoung Mealea, Kulen Mountain (Cambodia's sacred mountain), Big Buddha, The River of 1000 Lingas and their final destination, the 12th century temple city of Angkor Wat.
The team are completing a daily blog of their adventures.
Keep up to date on their progress on the Trek Blog here.
They are wearing hospice T-shirts sponsored by Atkinsons Fish and Chips and Gizmos Pizzeria in Morecambe, and hoodies sponsored by Morecambe Eats.
