Trading Standards and Police Licensing conducted in a search in Morecambe this morning.
Elicit counterfeit Cigarettes and hand rolling tobacco was seized from an off license in the town centre giving a rough street value of £3,300. Police and Trading Standards carried out this operation on the back of intelligence received from the general public. Police will continue to work in partnership with other agencies and the general public to target premises operating illegally.
