A man has been banned from entering Morecambe town centre under a two-year criminal behaviour order.
Andrew Phimister, 55, was has been prohibited from entering the town centre as bounded by Regent Road, Westgate and Broadway, following a hearing at Lancaster Magistrates' Court.
Phimister is also prohibited from calling 999 or 101 for non emergency reasons and unless he has a genuine case to do so
PC Katie Foster of Lancashire Police said Phimister had been a "nuisance in the Morecambe area for a long time".
"We hope this gives the community and businesses of Morecambe a break from the anti social behaviour and criminality which Mr Phimister commits," she said.
