A man was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after a police car chase through Morecambe.
The suspect was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after failing to stop for officers on Balmoral Road.
The vehicle turned into Ellesmere Road where the four occupants abandoned the vehicle and ran off, but one was arrested by officers.
A police spokesperson said: "At 16.07 yesterday, a vehicle failed to stop for officers.
"After a short pursuit, it was stopped on Ellesmere Road and a 28 year old man was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences. He is now in custody."
