A Lancaster neurological charity has been given a financial boost thanks to a scheme operated by insurers, NFU Mutual.
Neuro DropIn, based at their centre on Hornbeam Road, have been awarded £7,899 from their Agency Giving Fund, after being nominated for a grant by staff at the company’s Lancaster branch.
The Agency Giving Fund is a scheme that forms part of their £4m funding pledge for local and national charities in 2025.
The fund is now in its fifth year, helping the vital work of small, local, charities all across the UK.
Staff at all NFU Mutual branches across the country were invited nominate local charities they’d like to see given support.
