The new boss at a historic Overton pub has a wealth of experience in the local entertainment and hospitality industry.
Brian Bromiley is the new man in charge at the Globe at Overton.
Brian has taken over the day-to-day running of the 17th century village pub from owners Jay Goulding and Fabi Scotucci.
Previously, he ran the Middle Inn at Middleton, formerly Middleton Social Club.
Brian, who is from Heysham, also runs his own business Town and Country Events, supplying mobile bars to events locally and further afield.
He also worked extensively in management roles in Morecambe venues during the 80s and 90s, at Bubbles swimming centre and The Dome, The Empire nightclub, Fred's on the Ball pub and The Carleton club.
Brian was also chair of the Morecambe Events Co-Operative and organised the annual bonfire and fireworks nights on the Promenade.
The Globe was built in the 17th century by the Pearson family. Its previous owners have included Mitchell's Brewery and Rod Taylor, local businessman and co-chairman of Morecambe Football Club.
Brian said he wished Fabi and Jay all the very best in the future and "looked forward to following in their footsteps and taking the Globe forward".
Here is Brian pictured with Jay and Fabi at the Globe at their handover on Saturday.
