Families can enjoy some egg-citing escapades from home this Easter break with brand new, live Zoom adventure Curious Investigators.
Suitable for children aged 3-7, this fun, interactive experience is presented by award-winning theatre company One Tenth Human and arts organisation The Dukes, in partnership with local development charity Global Link.
Leading the Zoom session is “Investigator Toni”, who needs a little help to solve a problem with a home-made marble run…but there may be a few surprising discoveries along the way!
There are six opportunities for households to become Curious Investigators, with two performances of these hour-long sessions taking place on April 3 and April 10-11(10.30am and 3pm).
Anyone looking to join in with the show will need a laptop, phone or tablet with access to Zoom, as well as a few bits and pieces from recycling ready for making and a helpful adult on hand.
Tickets are £3 per household and spaces are limited. Booking for each performance closes on the Friday immediately before. To book, please visit www.dukeslancaster.org/get-involved/workshops
Curious Investigators are also encouraged to continue their investigations outside after the show in a fluffy chick trail around Lancaster city centre, part of a project led by One Tenth Human.
Fifty volunteers have hidden Curious Chicks in their windows across the city and will be on show from 3-11 April. With a chance to win a prize on the trail, maps are downloadable from www.onetenthhuman.com/easter
