The date has been announced for the closure of a chemist inside the Sainsbury's supermarket in Morecambe.
Lloyds Pharmacy in the store at Christie Park on Lancaster Road has announced its last trading day will be June 13.
It was announced earlier this year that Lloyds Pharmacy would be closing all 237 of its outlets inside Sainsbury's supermarkets by the end of 2023.
Lloyds Pharmacy, which bought Sainsbury's 280-strong pharmacy network in 2015 in a deal worth £125m, said it would close the branches in the course of the year "in response to changing market conditions".
The company said it was "working with colleagues potentially affected by the changes and has underlined its commitment to support them through the process".
Kevin Birch, chief executive of Lloyds Pharmacy, said in January: "This decision has not been an easy one and we understand that our patients and customers may have questions about how the change will affect them.
"We would like to thank them for their continued support and assure them that we are committed to providing a smooth transition over the coming months."
Bay Medical Group, which runs several GP practices in Morecambe, advised its patients of the closure date on its Facebook page.
"BMG patients, important announcement from one of our local pharmacies.
"Lloyds Pharmacy in Sainsburys Christie Park will close on the 13th June 2023.
"You will need to nominate another pharmacy if Lloyds Morecambe has been your choice up to now.
"You can do this easily, if you have online services like the NHS App or Patient Access, just go to your prescription ordering section and click on the link 'change your nominated pharmacy' in the prescriptions part.
"Alternatively next time you are in surgery, you can let one of the team know your new pharmacy of choice."
They said that Lloyds Pharmacy would be able to answer any customer questions.
