Firefighters were called to a building fire in the Westgate area of Morecambe.
Three fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe were called to Melling Court at 4.15am on Tuesday April 29.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Whilst in attendance crews used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
"Crews were in attendance for one hour and forty minutes."
