Firefighters tackled a fire at a Morecambe pub in the early hours of the morning.
Four fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe and Bolton-le-Sands were called out to the York Hotel on Lancaster Road at around 2.55am on Bank Holiday Monday, August 29.
The crews extinguished the fire and were on site for three-and-a-half hours. Nobody was hurt.
The pub was closed on Monday following the fire.
A post on the Morecambe York Hotel Facebook page said:
"Early hours of the morning, there was a fire on our premises. Luckily no one was hurt and everyone is OK.
"We will keep you updated to as and when our doors can reopen.
"Thank you for everyone’s support early hours of this morning. Truly appreciated."
The pub near York Bridge will be "closed until the brewery say it's safe to open".
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: "At 02:55 on the 29th August 2022, four fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe, Bolton-le-Sands attended a commercial building fire on Lancaster Road, Morecambe.
"Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and p3 masks and used one hose reel jet and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for three hours and thirty minutes."
