Police have made an arrest after reports that a man was making threats to children in Morecambe.
Officers were called to Burdock Walk in the Westgate area of Morecambe at around 4.44pm on Monday to reports of suspicious circumstances in a park.
Boniface Kutara, 41, from Morecambe, has been charged with causing intentional harassment, alarm and distress. He has been remanded into custody to appear before magistrates in the morning.
